Sacred Pause is a weekly yoga class designed to help women who “do it all” leave feeling better than when they got there. Think, a chance to clear the mind, release stress held in your body and find peace.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning after time away, each class offers a welcoming community, with easy movement that you can do at your own pace and restore your spirit. Come as you are and share in heart centered chat, slow movement and meditation, your sacred pause.

Join us on the beautiful farm, The Serenity Ranch in Lisbon Ct. for a sacred fall cacao ceremony.

Cacao is a gentle plant medicine, that when used with intention can open the heart. The focus of this ceremony is to allow cacao and community to share in the fall season, this shift and what it may hold for you. Fall is a time to let go and to gather just what is needed as you head into the winter season.

I will be emailing you a couple days prior to ceremony with reminders and suggestions to make this a great experience.
